Hey there! Recently, I documented the food I ate throughout the day to share with you! I absolutely love “What I Eat in a Day” blog posts, youtube videos, etc. It’s so fun to see what other people enjoy eating and to get inspiration for yourself. So here it is!
For breakfast, I made a smoothie bowl filled with blueberries, strawberries and bananas! I topped it off with some granola for some extra “crunch.” These are great for breakfast because they’re filled with tons of vitamins and I always stay full for HOURS.
At lunchtime, I decided to make the most delicious caesar salad ever (it comes in a salad kit… probably why it’s good) along with some watermelon and Pom juice tea! This lunch was super refreshing and loaded with taste.
Of course you can’t have lunch and not dessert! I eat these babies 24/7 because they are just so delicious ( and a way better alternative to Ben & Jerry’s). Frozen bananas may sound a little weird, but I promise you they are super tasty and worth a try!
Lastly, my mom made these AMAZING chicken fajitas for dinner. I like to top my mine with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guac, and salsa. I only pictured one but I might have eaten two or three… shh!
